Program Assistant in the building section and Coordinator of the CSF, Trincomalee Urban Council (Sri Lanka)
Judithrani Stephen completed a BA, specializing in Sociology. She moved on to community oriented programs with Lassalion Community Education Service Center in Colombo in 2004 and served as a Psycho Social Trainer at Shanthiham at Jaffna where she was instrumental in facilitating women’s clubs and children’s clubs and linking them with NGO and INGO networks. In the aftermath of the tsunami she carried out counseling to affected people and conducted awareness programs in schools. Judithrani has been a key player in the preparation of a mid term development plan for the Urban Council, which was facilitated by FCM, before she became the coordinator for the CSF.
