Head of International Relations, City of Montreal (Canada)
Jacques Jobin (born in 1940) was member of the Board of Directors of OXFAM-Canada (1970-1973) and founding member of OXFAM Québec in 1973. In 1982 he was the founding president of the Organisation canadienne pour la solidarité et le développement (OCSD). He has extensive experience in Asia, Africa and Latin America in negotiation and programme implementation. Currently he is the head of international relations of the city of Montreal.
