Faustin Serubanza, Programs Manager, Rwandese Association of Local Government Authorities
After he graduated from the National University of Rwanda, Faustin Serubanza started his career as a Civil Servant in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (1994-1995). After that, he was a Secondary School Headmaster for almost 5 years, before becoming the Burgmaster of Rutunde Commune and the Mayor of Rwamagana Town and Secretary to the Executive Committee of the Rwandese Association of Local Government Authorities (2001-2005). In 2006 he joined the association as the Programs Manager.
